Big Fish & Lots of Fun!!

I had one of the funnest days ever with Jake on Saturday! When I woke up that morning at 5:30am there was snow on the ground. I wasn't sure I wanted to get out of bed and freeze my buns off on the river! I'm so glad I did! Jake was the best fishing guide ever! He was so patient with me as I tried to figure out the tricks of fly fishing. I'm sure at times I was driving him nuts with my "El floppy arm cast," as he would call it. The day turned out to be beautiful with only a few other boats on the river. Thanks to Coutnee and Steve Jake and I were able to spend a day on the river together without the worries of our kids. I think Jake has finally convinced me the purchase of the boat was a good one! Especially after I caught the biggest fish of the day!

JESSIE WHERE ARE YOU!

Jessie went M.I.A. today! When Adria finally realized that Jessie was gone from her top bunk bed this morning the drama began! Adria was searching everywhere for her crying out "Jessie where are you!" I was cleaning out all of the closets, Jake was laughing, and Jessie was sleeping under Brigham's dresser. All I could think about was that hamster chewing, pooing, and peeing on everything. Once I found her she was kind of hard to catch! We had to bribe her out with a drink of water, and throw a shoe box over the top of her. I hope Adria has learned her lesson and will keep a better eye on her cute little pet

Tummy time for Brigham! It isn't his most favorite time of the day. He was happy at that moment, so I thought I would take a picture.

Grandma Griffin has started a tradition of taking the kids shopping for their birthdays. Adria came home with giggles the horse from build a bear. She had a pink tu-tu, sketchers shoes, roller skates, hair ties, and a pink ribbion around her neck. I think Grandma had as much dressing, and accesorizing Giggles as Adria did!

Brigham is getting ready to have his first taste of green beans. I was ready with the camera to take a picture of his first bite. I wanted to catch a silly face, but he liked them! I can't beieve how big he is already.

Adria and Griff are best buds today! They have actuly been playing really well together for the moment. If you can tell I butched Griffs hair! Jake was nice and said we should just pay for Griffs hair cuts. Court says Uncle Steve is pretty good at cutting hair. Maybe next time we will let him have a wack at it. The good news is Griff hair grows fast and he's a boy! There is nothing wrong with a buzz.
